I believe #1 to be one of the most important as eating smaller meals more frequently keeps your body burning the food. But while you are doing that your body is constantly trying to keep up by burning the food to give you energy.
Drinking a lot of water is another great tip! It is probably one of the hardest things to stick with when you first start out. I remember when I first started out that it was so hard for me to constantly drink endless amounts of water. But after about a month and a half I was drinking it like nothing. It is just one of those things that your body has to adjust to and when it does, it makes doing it a whole lot easier.

My point is that yes,you need to be eating correctly but you need to build muscle too because it's muscle that eats fat best - and ladies you don't have to end up looking like Charles Atlas, just make sure that the yo-yo diets you tend to use don't just strip your muscles and fluids. It's not about losing weight...it's about losing fat.
